While praising the Prime Minister’s energy and drive in securing a new deal with the EU so quickly, the Circle does not support the provisions as they effect Northern Ireland, believing that these provisions establish a border with Great Britain in the Irish Sea and could in the future lead to an all Ireland Republic.
